PartiesSOPHIA JOHNSON, DEFENDANT IN ERROR, v. THE LEMBECK & BETZ EAGLE BREWING COMPANY, PLAINTIFF IN ERROR

(Syllabus by the Court.)

Error to Circuit Court.

Action by Sophia Johnson against the Lembeck & Betz Eagle Brewing Company. Judgment for plaintiff, and defendant brings error. Affirmed.
