Appeal from Municipal Court of Evanston; Harry H. Porter, Judge.

Action by Frances Ann Kremer, a minor, by Albert E. Kremer, her father and next friend, against the Vim Company, an Illinois corporation, for personal injuries sustained by the minor plaintiff as result of defendant's alleged negligence in the maintenance of the entranceway to defendant's store. From a judgment entered upon a verdict for plaintiff for $750, defendant appeals.
