On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal is considered, and it is DENIED, because the Court is not persuaded that the questions presented should be reviewed by this Court.

RYAN and BRICKLEY, JJ., would remand to the Workers' Compensation Appeal Board for it to consider whether aggravation of arteriosclerosis, as found by the Board and the Court of Appeals, 127 Mich.App. 262, 338 N.W.2d 207 (1983), may form the basis of an award of disability benefits in light of Kostamo v. Marquette Iron Mining Company, 405 Mich. 105, 274 N.W.2d 411 (1979); and Miklik v. Michigan Special Machine Company, 415 Mich. 364, 329 N.W.2d 713 (1982).
