Suit by Lawrenceville Township High School District No. 71, Lawrence County and others, against St. Francisville Community High School District No. 102, Lawrence County, the members of the Board of Education thereof and another, for a writ of mandamus to compel defendant board to pay or levy a tax for payment of a judgment for plaintiff district against defendant district. From a judgment denying the writ, plaintiffs appeal.
