By order of May 17, 1983, the application for leave to appeal was held in abeyance pending decision in Ross v. Consumers Power Co. (On Rehearing) (Docket No. 64241). On order of the Court, the decision having been issued on January 22, 1985, 420 Mich. 567, 363 N.W.2d 641, the application is again considered, and it is DENIED, because we are not persuaded that the questions presented should be reviewed by this Court.
