Appeal from Circuit Court, Peoria County; Henry J. Ingram, Judge.

Action at law by Joseph Leonard, a minor, by Agatha Fitzjarrald, his mother, as next friend, against Wayne Stone, to recover for injuries sustained by the plaintiff while plaintiff was an occupant of the automobile of the defendant. From a judgment in favor of the plaintiff, the defendant appeals.

Judgment affirmed.
