Appeal from Circuit Court, Cook County; Leonard C. Reid, Judge.
Suit by Peter Ligitsos against Harry Finerman to recover damages for alleged malicious prosecution, conspiracy to cheat and defraud plaintiff, and malicious abuse of legal process. Defendant's motion to strike and dismiss amended complaint for failure to state a cause of action was sustained and suit dismissed and plaintiff appeals.
Judgment affirmed.
