Now on this 1st day of August, 2007, the petition filed in the above styled case comes on for review by the Chief Justice of the Cherokee Nation Supreme Court pursuant to Rule 13 of the Supreme Court Rules and Procedures and after review of the petition filed herein, the Court declines to issue notice and dismisses the petition for the following reasons:

The issues set forth in the petition filed herein are identical to the petitions filed in Cases SC-07-03 and SC-07-16.

The Petitioner attempts to change the format of his petition herein to avoidthe Court's rulings in the two previous cases, however, the substance in all three cases remain the same.
