Action by Annie Dee Dean against the Meridian Life Insurance Company. Judgment for the plaintiff, and defendant appeals. Affirmed.

The questions involved in this case are conceded by the parties to be identical with those in the case of Meridian Life Insurance Company v. Francis J. Dean, 62 So. 90, decided at this term, and this case is decided on the authority of that.

Affirmed. All the Justices concur, except DOWDELL, C.J., not sitting.
