ORDER

On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal the April 21, 2022 judgment of the Court of Appeals is considered. We direct the Clerk to schedule oral argument on the application. MCR 7.305(H)(1). The parties shall address: (1) whether the standard set forth in Detroit Auto Inter-Ins Exch v Gavin, 416 Mich. 407 (1982), applies to labor arbitration cases, see Bay City Sch Dist v Bay City Ed Ass'n, Inc, 425 Mich. 426, 440 n 20 (1986), and Port Huron Area Sch Dist v Port Huron Ed Ass'n, 426 Mich. 143, 150 (1986); and (2) whether the trial court erred in vacating the arbitrator's awards in this case.

Amici who appeared at the application stage are invited to file supplemental briefs amicus curiae. Other persons or groups interested in the determination of the issues presented in this case may move the Court for permission to file briefs amicus curiae.
