ORDER

On order of the Court, the plaintiffs' and the defendant's emergency applications for leave to appeal are considered. As to the plaintiffs, in lieu of leave to appeal, pursuant to GCR 1963, 853.2(4), we set aside that portion of the Court of Appeals order of February 2, 1981, 101 Mich.App. 559, 301 N.W.2d 33, which granted the defendant's motion to vacate the permanent injunction in this case, and reinstate the permanent injunction. The Court of Appeals may nevertheless enter an order continuing, modifying or vacating the permanent injunction as the developing circumstances in the case may warrant. GCR 1963, 530.6. As to the defendant, the emergency application is DENIED, because the Court is not persuaded that the question presented should now be reviewed by this Court.
