ORDER

The Court having received the mandate of the Supreme Court of the United States, --- U.S. ----, 104 S.Ct. 2518, 81 L.Ed.2d 399, reversing the Court's prior decision, 416 Mich. 706, 332 N.W.2d 134, appealing after remand 397 Mich. 337, 245 N.W.2d 1, and the Court having received and considered the stipulation for entry of a final judgment and permanent injunction, now, therefore, it is ORDERED that the case be remanded to the Ingham Circuit Court for further consideration of the stipulation and entry of a final judgment.
