OPINION

BREAUX, J.

ON APPLICATION FOR REHEARING.

The application for rehearing is refused, but the decree heretofore handed down is amended so as to reserve to defendant the right to claim against plaintiffs, and against the property in question, reimbursement for taxes assessed against the property, not paid by plaintiffs, but paid by defendant and the authors of his title.

Rehearing refused.
