Appeal from Municipal Court of Chicago; Le Roy Hackett, Judge.

Action on the assignment of an account by the National Lead Company against the Norlipp Company. The action was tried before the court without a jury, and involved a trial several days in length, wherein numerous witnesses testified and numerous documents were introduced. The trial court found for defendant, but, on plaintiff's motion for new trial, discovered serious errors in rulings on admission of evidence, and concluded that they warranted a new trial. From an order granting a new trial, defendant appeals.
