Appeal from a judgment of the Circuit Court for Taylor County; G. N. Risjord, Circuit Judge. Affirmed.

Action by Adele Olson, plaintiff, against T. J. Cunningham, defendant, commenced on the 5th day of January, 1928, to recover damages resulting from an automobile collision. From a judgment in favor of the plaintiff, rendered on the 24th day of November, 1928, the defendant appealed.

Under the well-established rule, the judgment must be affirmed.
