Mandamus action by the People, on relation of Norine Bergquist and others, against Walter L. Gregory, and James B. Cashin, Civil Service Commissioners of the City of Chicago, and others, to compel defendants to reinstate plaintiffs as civil service police women in police department of Chicago.From an adverse judgment, defendants appeal.
