Appeal from Cook County Court; Edmund K. Jarecki, Judge.
Proceeding by the People of the State of Illinois, on the relation of John S. Rusch, relator, against Edna Sulli and others as judges and clerks at a primary election. From a judgment sentencing the defendants for contempt of court in violating the applicable election laws, by making a false return of the votes cast in their precinct, and in permitting persons to vote more than once, and in permitting certain individuals to vote under another person's name, the defendants appeal.
Affirmed.
