Leave to appeal considered and pursuant to GCR 1963, 853.2(4), in lieu of leave to appeal, the Court hereby remands the case to the trial court for resentencing only, at which time defendant shall be afforded his right of allocution. GCR 1963, 785.8(2). As to the remaining questions presented, the delayed application is hereby denied, because the appellant has failed to persuade the Court that the said questions should be reviewed by this Court.
