Appeal by defendant from a judgment, 42 Misc.2d 888, 249 N.Y.S.2d 111, of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered October 29, 1964, convicting him of unlawful possession of a weapon as a misdemeanor (Penal Law, § 1897, subd. 9), upon a plea of guilty, and sentencing him to an indefinite term in the New York City Penitentiary. Judgment affirmed. No opinion.
