ORDER

By order of October 27, 1986, the application for leave to appeal was held in abeyance pending the decision in People v. Murray, and People v. Broden. On order of the Court, the decision having been issued on July 13, 1987, 428 Mich. 343, 408 N.W.2d 789 (1987), the application is again considered and, pursuant to MCR 7.302(F)(1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, we VACATE the judgment of the Court of Appeals and REMAND the matter to that court for reconsideration in light of People v. Murray and People v. Broden. See 428 Mich. 354, 355 n. 18, 408 N.W.2d 789.

We do not retain jurisdiction.
