On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal is considered and, pursuant to MCR 7.302(F)(1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, we REMAND the matter to the Eaton Circuit Court for a hearing to determine whether any of the defendant's juvenile adjudications and misdemeanor convictions listed in the presentence report were obtained when the defendant was unrepresented by counsel and had not waived representation by counsel.
