The Court of Appeals, 5 N.Y.2d 861, 182 N.Y.S.2d 1114, granted application for assignment of counsel and assigned Henry W. Schober, of 150 Old Country Road, Mineola, New York, as counsel for defendant.

Motion was made in the Court of Appeals for further enlargement of time.

Motion for a further enlargement of time granted and the case set down for argument during the April, 1959, session of this Court.
