Disposition: Motion to expedite is considered, and it GRANTED. Leave to appeal having been held in abeyance pending this Court's decision in People v. Hill (Docket No. 93406), and it appearing that the United States Supreme Court has decided Zafiro v. United States, --- U.S. ----, 113 S.Ct. 933, 122 L.Ed.2d 317 (1993), we VACATE our previous order holding this case in abeyance and GRANT leave to appeal.
We further ORDER that this case be argued and submitted to the Court together with the case of People v. Hana (Docket No. 94542), --- Mich. ----, 503 N.W.2d 909, at such future session of the Court as both cases are ready for submission.
