It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from be and the same hereby is unanimously affirmed.
Defendant appeals from a judgment convicting him upon a jury verdict of burglary in the third degree (Penal Law § 140.20), criminal mischief in the third degree (§ 145.05 [2]), and petit larceny (§ 155.25). Contrary to defendant's contention, the verdict is not against the weight of the evidence based upon discrepancies in the accounts of the People's witnesses concerning the timing of events (see People v Cantres, 238 AD2d 56, 60-61 [1997], lv denied 91 NY2d 971 [1998]; see generally People v Bleakley, 69 NY2d 490, 495 [1987]).
