Disposition: Leave to appeal GRANTED, limited to the issue whether the prosecution introduced sufficient evidence to support the kidnapping conviction. Leave to appeal as cross-appellant is also considered, and we ORDER that it be held in abeyance pending resolution of the prosecutor's appeal.
