ORDER

On order of the Court, plaintiff-appellant's application for leave to appeal is considered, and the same is hereby GRANTED. The Court is of the opinion that the trial court did not err in convicting the defendant, charged with breaking and entering a building with intent to commit larceny (M.C.L.A. Sec. 750.110), of the offense of attempted larceny in a building (M.C.L.A. Sec. 750.360; Sec. 750.92).

The Court, pursuant to GCR 1963, 865.1(7), hereby reverses the decision of the Court of Appeals, 54 Mich.App. 618, 221 N.W.2d 455, and orders the conviction of defendant-appellee reinstated.
