Appeal from the County Court, Monroe County.

Defendant was convicted of indecent exposure in violation of Section 1140 of the Penal Law, Consol.Laws, c. 40. The City Court of Rochester, Criminal Branch, James F. Sheehan, J., entered judgment, and the defendant appealed.

The County Court, Monroe County, affirmed the judgment.

The defendant appealed to the Court of Appeals by permission of an Associate Judge of the Court of Appeals, contending that the prosecution did not establish a prima facie case against the defendant.
