ORDER
On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal is considered and, pursuant to GCR 1963, 853.2(4), in lieu of leave to appeal, the decision of the Court of Appeals is REVERSED and the convictions of defendants-appellees are REINSTATED because the trial court did not abuse its discretion in allowing defendant Stanley Roper to be impeached by reference to prior convictions. This cause is REMANDED to the Court of Appeals for consideration of alleged errors not discussed in its opinion of January 7, 1977.
This Court retains no further jurisdiction.
