ORDER
On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal is considered and, pursuant to GCR 1963, 853.2(4), in lieu of leave to appeal, we REVERSE, 99 Mich.App. 733, 298 N.W.2d 848, the Court of Appeals judgment and REMAND this case to the Recorder's Court for a new trial. The trial judge failed to clearly explain to the jury the elements of the lesser included offenses it was to consider.
We retain no jurisdiction.
