On order of the Court, the delayed application in pro per for leave to appeal having been ordered held in abeyance pending decision in Brinson v. Genesee Circuit Judge, and said decision having been issued on December 22, 1978, 403 Mich. 676, 272 N.W.2d 513.
Now, therefore, the said application is hereby considered and, pursuant to GCR 1963, 853.2(4), in lieu of leave to appeal, we reduce defendant's minimum sentence to 6 years, 8 months, to conform with the trial judge's intent to impose a maximum indeterminate sentence. Brinson v. Genesee Circuit Judge, supra.
In all other respects the application is DENIED, because the Court is not persuaded that the questions presented should be reviewed by this Court.
The request for review under Administrative Order 1977-4 is thereby rendered moot and it is DENIED.
