The request for review is treated as an application for leave to appeal and, pursuant to GCR 1963, 853.2(4), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, we VACATE the defendant's conviction as a habitual offender. People v. Young, 410 Mich. 363, 301 N.E.2d 803. We REINSTATE the defendant's conviction and sentence for possession of stolen property over $100.
