ORDER
On order of the Court, the application in propria persona for leave to appeal is considered and, pursuant to MCR 7.302(F)(1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, we REMAND the case to the Genesee Circuit Court for a resentencing where the defendant is to be offered the opportunity to allocute prior to imposition of sentence. People v. Berry, 409 Mich. 774, 781, 298 N.W.2d 434 (1980); MCR 6.101(G)(2).
We do not retain jurisdiction.
