Citation278 A.D.2d 820,719 N.Y.S.2d 411
PartiesTHE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, Appellant,
v.
WILLIAM T. WRIGHT, Respondent.
CourtNew York Supreme Court — Appellate Division

Present — Pigott, Jr., P.J., Pine, Wisner, Scudder and Lawton, JJ.
