ORDER
On order of the Court, the delayed application for leave to appeal is considered, and, pursuant to GCR 1963, 853.2(4), in lieu of leave to appeal, the Court of Appeals is REVERSED and the case is REMANDED to the Genesee Circuit Court for resentencing. The sentencing court improperly imposed double sentence pursuant to M.C.L. § 335.348; M.S.A. § 18.1070(48). Oyler v. Boles, 368 U.S. 448, 82 S.Ct. 501, 7 L.Ed.2d 446 (1962). See M.C.L. § 769.10; M.S.A. § 28.1082, 1978 P.A. 77.
