ORDER EXTENDING COMMENT DEADLINE

This case involves a petition filed with the Vermont Public Utility Commission ("Commission") by Charter Fiberlink VT-CCO, LLC ("Charter Fiberlink"), seeking designation as an eligible telecommunications carrier in Vermont.

On January 19, 2021, the Vermont Department of Public Service ("Department") filed a motion to amend the schedule in this case to allow additional time for the Department and Charter Fiberlink to exchange information related to Charter Fiberlink's petition. Charter Fiberlink does not object to the requested extension of time.

To allow the parties additional time to exchange information, the Department's motion is granted. I request that comments on Charter Fiberlink's petition be filed by February 4, 2021.
