On the court's own motion, in the exercise of this court's supervisory jurisdiction, the judgment of the Appellate Court, Third District, is reversed (Cockrum v. Baumgartner (1983), 95 Ill.2d 193, 69 Ill.Dec. 168, 447 N.E.2d 385.) The judgment of the circuit court is affirmed, and this cause is remanded to that court for further proceedings.
