Appeal from Circuit Court, Cook County; John Prystalski, Judge.

Action by John Piff against George P. Berresheim, James P. Harding, John H. Sasser, and Mary Rose Brummel for an accounting and to recover amounts paid, with interest thereon, under contract for purchase of realty. From a decree for the plaintiff, defendants appeal.

Decree reversed and cause remanded with directions to dismiss complaint. John W. Dorgan and Hubbard, Baker & Rice, Chicago, for appellants.
