ORDER

By order of November 30, 1984, the application for leave to appeal was held in abeyance pending the decision in McKee, et al v. Director of Michigan Department of Social Services (Docket No. 73470). On order of the Court, the decision having been issued on December 30, 1985, 424 Mich. 404, 381 N.W.2d 679 (1985), the application is again considered and, pursuant to MCR 7.302(F)(1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, we REVERSE the Court of Appeals judgment and REMAND this case to the Eaton Circuit Court for further proceedings consistent with McKee, et al v. Director of Michigan Department of Social Services, 424 Mich. 404, 381 N.W.2d 679 (1985).
