The petition of Lorraine Sando, executrix of the estate of Louis D. Puteri, for certification to appeal from the Appellate Court, 210 Conn. App. 632, 270 A.3d 694 (2022), is granted, limited to the following issue:

"Did the Appellate Court incorrectly determine that the trial court had correctly concluded that the plaintiff's claim against a condominium association under General Statutes § 47-278 is governed by the three year statute of limitations set forth in General Statutes § 52-577 rather than the six year statute of limitations set forth in General Statutes § 52-576 ?"
