The issues involved in this proceeding are determined by that decision.

Original proceeding in the Supreme Court for a supervisory writ by Charles Raatz and others against John Sand and others, the Board of County Commissioners, and Board of Equalization in and for the County of LaMoure in the State of North Dakota.

Writ denied.

The facts are similar and the questions of law are identical with those involved in David W. Goodman et al. v. Fred Christensen, Ben Koester, and James Kennelly, Board of County Commissioners and Board of Equalization in and for County of Kidder, in State of North Dakota, N.D., 300 N.W. 460. Our determination in this proceeding is therefore controlled by that decision. The writ prayed for is denied.
