Appeal from Circuit Court, Will County; Roscoe C. South, Judge.
Action by Guy Rigdon against Hattie Wagner Crosby for personal injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Verdict and judgment in favor of plaintiff for $4,500, and defendant appeals.
Reversed and remanded. John P. Haley and Charles M. Robson, both of Joliet, for appellant.
