Robbin v. American University, 17766.
| Decision Date | 05 March 1964 |
| Docket Number | No. 17766.,17766. |
| Citation | Robbin v. American University, 330 F.2d 225, 117 U.S. App.D.C. 351 (D.C. Cir. 1964) |
| Parties | Joseph S. ROBBIN, Appellant, v. The AMERICAN UNIVERSITY, a corporation, Appellee. |
| Court | U.S. Court of Appeals — District of Columbia Circuit |
Mr. Alfred M. Schwartz, Washington, D. C., with whom Mr. Albert A. Rapoport, Washington, D. C., was on the brief, for appellant.
Mr. Thomas M. Raysor, Washington, D. C., with whom Mr. Byron K. Welch, Washington, D. C., was on the brief, for appellee.
