On order of the Court, the certification by the Court of Appeals pursuant to Administrative Order 1984-2 that its decision in this case conflicts with its decision in Dunn v. Dunn, 105 Mich.App. 793, 307 N.W.2d 424 (1981), and the application for leave to appeal are considered. Leave to appeal is DENIED, and the Court respectfully declines to order further consideration of the questions presented.
