UNPUBLISHED OPINION

ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

This is a pro se appeal from a district court order dismissing a petition for mediation assistance. Fifth Judicial District Court, Nye County; Robert W. Lane, Judge.

On September 3, 2019, this court issued a notice regarding deadlines.1 Pursuant to that notice, appellant's informal brief or opening brief was due to be filed by January 2, 2020. When appellant failed to comply, this court entered an order on February 10, 2020, directing appellant to file and serve the opening brief or informal brief by February 24, 2020.2 The order cautioned that failure to timely comply could result in the dismissal of this appeal. To date, appellant has failed to file an opening brief or an informal brief or otherwise communicate with this court.

Accordingly, it appears that appellant has abandoned this appeal, and this court ORDERS this appeal DISMISSED.

Parraguirre, J., Hardesty, J., Cadish, J.

Hon. Robert W. Lane, District Judge
