Appeal from Superior Court, Cook County; Walter R. O'Malley, Judge.

Action by Meyer Saffron against the Young Men's Christian Association of Chicago for injuries sustained while plaintiff was a guest in defendant's hotel because of negligent operation of an elevator in which he was a passenger. From an order striking his complaint, plaintiff appeals and defendant moves to strike a point from plaintiff's brief.
