Action on a life policy by Elsie Sanders, beneficiary, against the Metropolitan Life Insurance Company. There was a verdict for plaintiff for $1,500, the amount of the death benefits under the policy, defendant's motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict was sustained, and from a judgment for plaintiff for $155, plaintiff appeals.

Judgment reversed and judgment entered for plaintiff for $1,500. Frank E. Gettleman, Julius S. Neale, and Clarence T. Morse, all of Chicago, for appellant.
