Appeal from Supreme Court.

Action by Mildred Sandler and another against the Hudson & Manhattan Railroad Company. Judgments for plaintiffs were affirmed by the Supreme Court (8 N. J. Misc. R. 537, 151 A. 99), and defendant appeals.

Affirmed.

The judges being equally divided on the question of whether the judgment should be reversed, the judgment is affirmed solely because of such division, which renders any opinion by the court Impossible.
