The Court is in receipt of the Attorney General's Notice to the Court, which provides:

1.The legal citation to the appellate opinion that vacated the parental termination order issued by the Coconino County Superior Court in SV 2021-00045.

2.The Notice requests that this Court set aside its December 16 2021 order.

The Court, having reviewed the opinion in Tohono O 'odham Nationv.Fridlund-Horne in & for Cnty of Coconino, No. 1 CA-SA 22-0076, 2022 WL 4243926 ¶14 (Ariz.Ct.App. Sept. 15, 2022), FINDS AND ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:

3.Because the parental termination order issued by the Coconino County Superior Court was vacated by Division 1 of the Arizona Court of Appeals, the Court finds good cause to vacate its order of

December 16, 2021.The Court first wants to hear from Salvatore Nuccio.

4.While it is possible that a Petition for Review may be filed with respect to the Opinion issued by Division 1, this possibility does not justify keeping this case open.

5.As such, the Court finds good cause to accelerate deadline imposed for Salvatore Nuccio to advise the Court regarding his respective positions.Salvatore Nuccio has until October 5, 2022.The matter will be taken under advisement on October 6, 2022.

6.For the parties' edification, the Court is inclined to dismiss the Petition...
