Appeal from a judgment of the Circuit Court for Dane County; Honorable A. C. Hoppmann, Circuit Judge.

Action by the Spring Creek Threshing Company against Julius Amundson and the Industrial Commission of Wisconsin, to review a finding and order of the Industrial Commission awarding compensation to defendant Julius Amundson. From a judgment confirming the award, plaintiff appeals.--[By Editorial Staff.]

Affirmed.

Action begun August 11, 1928; judgment entered October 18, 1929.

This is an appeal from a judgment confirming the award of the Industrial Commission ordering appellant to pay respondent certain sums as compensation for injuries received while in the employ of the appellant.E. S. Jedney, of Black River Falls, for appellant.
