Appeal from Circuit Court, Jefferson County; E.C. Crow, Judge.
O.E. Stadt was convicted of violating an ordinance of the City of Birmingham, and appeals. Affirmed.

The appeal in this case is prosecuted from a judgment of the circuit court of Jefferson county adjudging the defendant guilty of violating a municipal ordinance a quasi criminal prosecution, and no errors are assigned on the record.
The judgment is therefore affirmed, on the authority of Williams v. State, 117 Ala. 199, 23 So. 42; Perry v. State, 1 Ala.App. 253, 55 So. 1035; Dreyfus v. City of Montgomery, 4 Ala.App. 270, 58 So. 730.
Affirmed.
